AKFF - Adult Kung Fu Fundamentals: the focus in this classes is on basics and fundamentals of Kung fu
training for beginners and those new to the styles taught at the institute.
RKF - Ranked Kung Fu (Teen and Adults): this classes are for those who have completed the AKFF requirements.
The students at this level can and are encouraged to continue participating
in AKFF classes.

Tai Chi Classes

Taijigong Classes

These classes are focused on Qigong and Basic Yang Tai Chi (24 step form).
