applying yoga principles in micro-amounts throughout your day, at home, work or on your commute, to rehabilitate your
inborn vitality and flexibility. Begin to learn ways to defuse the stress-bomb in our mind/bodies before it starts to tick.
Homeschoolers welcome. Bring a yoga mat, avoid a full stomach before class. Time for Me Yoga (ages 13 and up) In this daytime class, people will learn the life skill of how to defuse stress and how to use micro-amounts of time throughout the day to practice relaxation strategies. Learn easy stretches for stress-clenched parts of the mind-body, leverage already existing daily habits to create positive habits, so that life can become marinated in relaxation and vitality. Home-schoolers welcome. Bring a yoga mat, avoid a full stomach before class.
