Inclement Weather Policy
Weekdays (M-F) – As a standard practice, the Institute will follow Fairfax County Public Schools’ closure decisions on weekdays in the event of inclement weather.
Weekends (Sat-Sun) – Please refer to our website and social media (updated by 8:00am) for updates on delays or closures. This policy also applies when adverse weather conditions are forecasted and may pose travel hazards.
There may be occasions when the Institute stays open for informal practice, and notifications for such instances will be communicated through our website and social media channels.
Nonetheless, we urge you to prioritize safety by taking all necessary precautions and evaluating the safety of your travel route. Stay informed by visiting our website, Facebook, and Instagram accounts for real-time updates, including any last-minute class changes due to inclement weather.
